Duo 77 by Yousif Sheronick is a percussion duo that can be played by two frame drummers, as originally written, or the players can be free to choose their instruments. The piece is based on South Indian rhythmic practices and contains three main compositions along with solos. Compositions One and Three are based on the South Indian practice of reduction. The Second is a "gat" where rhythms are played at increasing ratios of speed.
